June26th, 2014, Director of CAAC East China Regional Administration, paid an inspection visit to Laoshan helicopter base. Mr. Zhang Zhenyu, Mr. Yu Chengan from Lukou International Airport, Chairman of Ruohang Group, Lv Yong gave presentation to the leaders. Vice President of Ruohang Group, Mr. Wang chang, Wuxiaobei also joined in this meeting. 

Nanjing Loshan helicopter base is the first private-owned helicopter base。It was opened to the public since Jan.8th, 2009. Early July 2014, Nanjing city government released a permission to expand this helicopter base. As estimated, this base could hold up to 200 helicopter for parking.
