On June 16, 2009, Deputy Mayor of Nanjing, Chenggang,Deputy Secretary of Municipal Government of Nanjing, Wang Zhenhe paid a visit to Ruohang（Nanjing）Base, during which Lv Yong, President of Ruohang reported to the leaders about the status quo and future outlook of Ruohang, and accompanied the leaders to take on helicopters flying over Pukou District, personally experiencing the rapid emergency rescue function of helicopters.

  Mayor, Chenggang gave high praise to Ruohang’s development, and showed the government’s willingness to support for construction and development of civil airport, and encouraged Ruohang Group to insist Ruohang Concept—Respect People’s Livelihood, Serve the Society.

  At the end of visit, Deputy Mayor Cheng kindly wrote an inscription: If you have passions and feelings, God will let you through all difficulties and dangers.
